I’m having trouble signing up for an account.
As of March 17: If you try to sign up for an account but it fails for some reason, you have to refresh the sign-up screen — or close it, then re-open it and try again. We’re working on fixing this.
If you aren’t able to sign up even after trying again, please get in touch and let us help.
I have an account but I’m not able to log in. What should I do?
Many people will be able to use the same account that they have had on Online with Ananda — the online classes and Virtual Community. Or you may have signed up for a new account.
Either way, here are the first things you can try:
- Reset your password (this will happen through the Online with Ananda website)
- If you aren’t getting a reset password email, check your spam folder (you’ve probably already done this, but we have to say it!)
If all else fails, please get in touch through the email on your account, and let us know that you’ve followed these steps.
